The Broadband Home

System Dynamics Inc. has undertaken a series of initiatives to speed the reality of the Broadband Home. We operate the BroadbandHomeCentral.com Web site, and research and write Sandy and Dave's Report on The Broadband Home, a free monthly newsletter on residential broadband.

Consulting Services

System Dynamics also provides consulting services dedicated to helping companies profit from the emerging broadband home and small business. Our clients have included companies in the cable, telephone and computer industries.

We assist clients in the four areas shown in the graphic below, providing the greatest client benefit when engaged to address the often-complex interrelationships between these areas.

System Dynamics was founded by Dave Waks. Dave had been one of the founders of the Prodigy venture, where he directed planning for new technologies and applications.

In 1996, he was joined by Sandy Teger, who had been AT&T's Strategy Director for Visual Communications and Multimedia. Sandy brought extensive experience from her career at AT&T and close working relationship with Bell Laboratories in conceptualizing and developing new products.

System Dynamics Inc. typically works with its clients on a retainer basis, although we have performed specific projects on a daily fee basis. We seek to build long-term relationships with our clients, in which our principals become members of the company's extended team. Our goal is to provide honest, fact-based, unbiased evaluations, while both responding to and anticipating our clients needs.
